Hi,
I'm new to Premiere and have encountered an issue where I can't import large files anymore. When I was using 2017 I was able to do this no problem but since I updated to 2018 I haven't been able to.
The file is a 20GB MXF file that is stored locally on my computer. It is 1hr. 15min. video footage with captions. I was able to load a smaller clip that was about 15 minutes. I receive no error when I try to import the file, it just doesn't load. I let it sit for 2 days and nothing changed.
I tried to call support and was told no phone support is offered for this product. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
