Photoshop Element 2018 - 32bit

I need Photoshop Element 2018 - aggiorn. from previous version - 32bit - I found 64bit only.

I'm afraid that PSE 2018 is only available for 64bit systems.

The last version that supports 32bit is PSE 14

It would have been better to know it first. I did not see anything that warned of the lack of vers. 32bit.
