CS4 License transfer

Hi

I have an old upgrade version of creative suite CS4 that I would like to transfer the license to a friend. What is the easiest way to do this please?

-you may NOT sell or transfer an Education serial number

For an upgrade, you also have to transfer the serial number of the qualifying product

Since both CS3 and CS2 will no longer activate, I'm not sure what you will do to have CS4 install... entering the qualifying serial number during the install "should" work
