Following clips shift further on the timeline during attempt to move some clip before.

Hi everyone. I have a trouble after I reinstalled Premiere Pro CC 2018.

During the attempt to move some clip on the timeline by mouse and "selection tool" to the right, all following clips automatically move further with gap formation instead of just overlapping following clip.

During the attempt to move some clip from the middle of the timeline to the left, all following clips move further with gap formation and with the formation of the copy of previous clip in front of the moved clip.

What could it be? Thank you.
