Syncing Albums/Catalogues Between CC Accounts

Is there a way to share/sync Lightroom CC albums across multiple accounts/computers?

We have a CC team subscription and we would all like to access the same library of images, edit them and the changes sync between team members computers.

We are aware of the share web album feature but this doesn’t allow us to download high resolution images or edit them.

I don‘t think you can even do this with team membership.
