This is my working page in Photoshop CC (Mac). I can't get anything done.  Help!

If it affects png-files turn off

Preferences > Plug-Ins > Allow Extensions …

Preferences > Plug-Ins > Load Extension Panels

and restart Photoshop.

We are happy to announce that PNG Image distortion issue should be fixed after you install Photoshop CC 2018(19.1.2 ) update. You can install this update via Creative Cloud desktop app.
