Hi Guys
I'm based in PAL-land and I use an iPhone 7+ and occasionally it's useful to edit on the hoof. Apple's problem is they only provide for filming at 30fps, when, of course, I'm using 25fps for most of my work in Premier Pro CC, so anything I export from my phone doesn't work smoothly in Pr.
I bought Mavis as that captures at 25fps, but Apple's iMovie only edits and exports at 30fps and cannot be adjusted. So I downloaded Premier Clip. I just exported a short test into Premier Pro. The problem is that only seems to edit and export at 30fps as well. Although my clip's properties are 25fps, the sequence that opens defaults to 30fps.
Is there a way to set-up Adobe Clip sequence to 25fps so I can export at 25fps?
Separately, is there a way to switch-off variable frame rate?
Any pointers would be welcome.
Regards,
Graham

Many thanks, Sheena.
It seems the company said they’d address the 25fps issue with an update back in 2016, but haven’t yet.
I know it’s not your fault, but it would be great if you could pass it up the line that Adobe needs to grasp half their client base are using PAL AND are paying nearly double US subscription costs so deserve better!
