How did you create the link?

I create the Link by Adobe Acrobat Standard, the files ("QM-Manual" and "Team Interne Dienste" are on the same drive an in the same dictionary.
But there is a particularity: Our staff don`t use the program Adobe Acrobat - they use only the Adobe Reader for working with the QM-Manual (we use Adobe Acrobat only for creating the manual, e.g. for design and links). When I use Adobe Acrobat than the links are functioned 😉 Hm, what is your idea for solutions? Thanks for your answer 🙂

First of all, I unmarked my previous reply as correct... You should only mark the reply that actually answers your question as such.
It's not a problem that the other users have Reader, but it is a problem if they don't have the same files in the exact same (relative) location to the main PDF on their computers. In that case it won't work and nothing will happen when the link is clicked.

Okay 🙂
But this is not the question. The Manual will be used by a shortcut from the basic dictonary on the server to the desktop. This functions in every case, also if a lot of user open to the same time want to work with the Manual. And also the links are active.
But why don`t functions some links from the Manual (pdf-file) to external pdf-files located on the same server/ drive and even dictonary?
It`s not a question of length of the files-name.
