Hi there, I am having trouble adding audio to my project.
So far I can only access the "Premier Clip Themes", these all work fine.
There are other folders there, but they are unable to be selected (or empty) I can not find these folders on my device to enable me to add MP3/audio.
I have tried adding my files to the creative cloud, I can find them in the "Add media/ my assets" area, but not in the "select soundtrack" area.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Jamie

Hi Jamie,
I apologize for the trouble.
You can only add the soundtracks which are stored in your device memory.

I have this problem as well. I have songs on my phone but the icons below premiere clip themes are all dull and I can't click on them.

Same here but yet nothing. Good thing I logged in because I feel so special when they don’t even help us a little to resolve this since last year. Thanks Adobe!

I figured my problem out, maybe it'll help you. My downloaded songs were in m4a format. I downloaded a converter app so I can convert them from m4a to mp3. After that I was able to choose them in the Adobe app.

This is the answer... WTH Adobe just doesn't say it only works with mp3 format is just disrespectful. Spent 2 days on this for no reason.
