Apple and VBScript from JSX

How are you doing?

I´m facing a new challenge to write one script to After Effects.

I usually do it for InDesign, but After Effects is my first time.

My question is, can I run VB and Apple script written inside an JSX file?

In InDesign we use app.doScript(VB or AppleScript).

What about AE, is it possible?
