I can't edit videos with Photoshop "dynamiclink media server is not available"

Hi! I'm trying to edit a video with Photoshop, but when I try to import it I cant. A message appears saying: "Could not complete request because the dynamiclink media server is not available". I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling photoshop and restarted computer. I can't open videos on Lightroom neither. I use a Macbook Air and Photoshop CC 2018 updated. I've been searching on Internet this problem but I can't find the solution. What should I do?
