Error - Not a PNG File

Hello,

I´m trying to open a imege here. I can open it on Paint but when I try to open on PS CC 2018 or Illustrator shows "Not a PNG file"

Try opening it in Paint again and do a File SaveAs and from the Save as type drop down menu select PNG and call it a different name

Seen this before when the name was wrong and it was actually a JPG.
