lightroom 5.7 blank sign in box

Hi, I have Lightroom 5, got a new camera and updated to 5.7.  Said I had to load the Adobe Manager and I did.  Get to the point where it says i have to sign into adobe and brings up a box with an Adobe Lightroom photoshop header but the rest of the box is blank.  I've tried to restart, shut off, waited a day, I cannot get into Lightroom bc it says I have to sign in and I can't sign in bc the page is blank.  Any suggestions??

Could you please post a screenshot of the Application manager window where you're getting the blank "sign in" prompt?
