i would like to cancell adobe annual stock subscription.
i don’t know how it has activated, I am not using it and money were taken from my card. I want to cancell it immediately

I can see a payment has been done for the Stock subscription today and that is the reason now you are able to see the cancel option. Although, if you wish to cancel the Stock subscription under the individual account, you may follow the steps as given in the help document: Cancel your Adobe Stock membership
And the charge (146,36 euro) you have mentioned above, is the cancellation fee. According to the Stock terms and conditions, if you cancel the service after the 14th day after the beginn

I just went through your account details and noticed that you have Stock 10 images per month(one-year) plan which was purchased on 12th December 2017, however, there seems to be a payment issue on your account and that is the reason you are unable to get the cancel option.

right now i was trying to cancel my subscription and it's asked to pay

According to the Stock terms and conditions, if you cancel the service after the 14th day after the beginning of the second month’s billing cycle, you’ll be charged 50% of your remaining contract obligation and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.

Also, if you are looking to cancel the Stock subscription which belongs to your enterprise ID, you need to contact your team's admin.

Hi Maria,
Since your subscription is on an enterprise plan from your university, you will need to contact the administrator of this plan within your university for the same as they will only be able to raise the cancellation with the support.
