I cannot reenter a chat with a representative

Hello...I am not able to reenter a live chat with a representative. I am having serious issues with Adobe as instead of chatting online with a rep...it is prompting me to enter a forum.

Yep, this is the Photoshop forum.  If your problem is about using Photoshop, then there is probably no better place to get advice.  If you have a problem with your Adobe account, then you'll need a staff member to help. 

Describe your issue with as much detail as you can manage.

We need to know Photoshop version and operating system.

Then people will do there best to help you.
