Cannot Find or Create the font 'JJISDE+ArialUnicodeMS'. Some Characters may not display or print correctly

We are observing a strange behaviour in Adobe Acrobat Reader affecting multiple users.

users when open PDF files, they get "Cannot Find or Create the font 'JJISDE+ArialUnicodeMS'. Some Characters may not display or print correctly."

These files work fine on browsers or other pdf applications, but we need a fix for Adobe reader as this is a mass deployed application.

i cant share the file because its a very sensitive file,we got it from one vendor,but the same file can open in other pdf reader.

Thanks for confirming the version. There were some important font issues, but all these known font bugs are fixed in 2018.011.20038.
