I designed my own title background page for a series of videos I created and when I drop it in the project all the graphics disappear and just the background remains. The file is RGB and 1920 x 1080. I can see all the graphics in the source window but when I go to preview the clip they are missing. I am super new to this program and still learning. I have tried importing the title page as a jpeg, png, psd and tif and all do the same thing. Is there a special way I have to import it? Is there a certain file that works best? I am using Premiere Pro CC 12.0.

Thanks!

Check the size of the graphic in effects controls. You're probably seeing just the middle portion of the graphic due to it being larger than your project size. Resize it and you should see it correctly.

I've got to be honest, the only possible explanation I can think of for the image in your post is that we're looking at two different clips.
