Premiere changes the default bit rate of my wireless(bluetooth 4.0) headphones. Playing back audio from premiere sounds find, assuming its assimilating the audio files to play correctly, but when I stream/play audio from another application it compresses and reduces the playback quality. Is it something within the computers settings i must force? like changing the default audio settings within premiere to match the rest of the computer.
Resolved. Issue has to deal with the way premiere and osx deal with AtpX bluetooth codec. It takes a little work around, but over all is simple to fix. Start with force enabling ACC and AtpX codecs. Open terminal and execute these commands.
1- "sudo defaults write bluetoothaudiod "Enable AptX codec" -bool true"
2- "sudo defaults write bluetoothaudiod "Enable AAC codec" -bool true"
Then in premiere: Preferences> audio hardware> input device: Built in option.
