Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard crop tool page too large

Adobe 9 Standard Crop Tool Page Screenprint.jpgThe crop tool page when opened is much larger than the PDF doc I am working on AND the laptop screen itself!

The page allows entry of most data but the lower third of the crop tool work page disappears down below the viewing line and remains unretrievable or resizeable, therefore I cannot lock in my choices to the PDF I am working on.

I am very sure that it is just a matter of a keyboarding trick to resize the crop tool page but so far I have not found it.

Help! And, as always, many thanks in advance!

Hello Lindenhillsgirl,

Sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. Please refer to the following KB articles which discuss the similar issue and scenario Toolbar too large after update

Cannot Resize Too Large Print Dialog Box

Note: Above suggestions may or may not work, as Acrobat 9 is already declared as an end of support product, End of Support means that Adobe no longer provides technical support or distribute runtimes. This policy affects product and security updates for all derivatives of a product or product version (localized versions, minor upgrades, operating systems, dot and double-dot releases, and connector products).

For detailed information, refer to End of support | Reader 9 and Acrobat 9 (and earlier)

Feel free to update this discussion for any further assistance.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
