Copy and paste function stopped in Adobe products

Without obvious reason copy and paste stopped working in all Adobe products on High Sierra with all latest updates. All tools are working except whenever you copy or paste something you have to go to menu with your mouse but keyboard shortcuts are not working

Is it all Adobe products of just Photoshop if so what version

everything I have is the latest version, I update immediately. 19.1.2 is the current version. The same is with Illustrator, and I tried to restore preferences to defaults, rebooted etc, changed keyboard settings to default, (Imac 27")
