I am working on the latest version of Premiere Pro and am having crazy slow load times under one condition. Here's my setup:
Synology DS1817+ with 2 computers connected via cat 6, and two computers connected with 10gb SFP+. All of the footage and project files are saved on the server.
When I am going between computers that are plugged in via ethernet, the projects load as normal. When I save a project on a SFP connected computer, and open it on ethernet, it loads as normal. However, when I switch the project from an ethernet connected computer to SFP computer, the file takes at least 30 minutes to load (just the opening project bar, not finding media etc.) What could be the issue? Is there an easy solution?
