Hotkeys don't work with Russian keyboard

How to make it work? I'm just tired of changing keyboard every time.

Yes, it's true and normal. Just use Keyboard panel and set English before start your work. I could not find solution

Try to use KDWIN maybe it will help. But if it's not you will need to change it everytime.
