Dears,
Has anyone have an idea why upgrade lightroom from 7.1 to 7.2 is impossible for me?
No upgrade proposal in the Adobe Creative cloud, neither in the help menu (update not available in grey color).
My Lightroom is installed on a Macbook pro with 16Go RAM OS is High SIERRA.
Thanks for your advices.
Michel
Uninstalling Lightroom does not affect your catalog and the uninstaller gives you the option to keep the preferences. That makes it really easy to uninstall, reboot your system and install again. With a little luck, that will install version 7.2 directly (as it should).

Sometimes the Creative Cloud App gets "stuck". Try logging out, rebooting and logging back in to your Adobe account. It might reset the Creative Cloud App.
If that does not work, you can drill down to direct download links from this page:

Tnx, whsprague, but for me logging out and rebooting back to Adobe account didn't work.
Also I get sometimes, while starting Lightroom, some popup message telling me that a new version is available.
No solution to get it. I can not understand why the upgrade menu in the help folder remains in very color as not available.
There is no proposal for upgrade coming from Adobe Apps management center.
I was able to run Lightroom for year without so big issues as importation for 7.1 is so painful.
Any other suggestion before Lightroom new installation?
Thanks a lot.
