Network Share Issues - Files Duplicating and Renaming themselves as Adobe Photoshop CC 20183882651207636

Hi All

Just wondering if anyone else has struggled with the problems we are currently facing? When we open an image on our network share, edit and save it the image either duplicates saving the original but saving another as (example) Adobe Photoshop CC 20183882651207641 or it deletes the original and saves out an Adobe Photoshop CC 20183882651207641 file? The duplicated file in our example above is always saved without a .tif or .jpeg file extension.

Sometimes we receive a disk error before the issue begins to affect us, it also comes and goes so at this point we are not sure what causing it?

Has anyone been effected be this same issue?
