Adobe Acrobat Reader, Acrobat Standard, and Acrobat Pro (current and all previous versions) are available for Windows and MacOS. It's totally not clear what you are asking, even if we put aside for a moment that you posted in the completely wrong forum. You also do not seem to understand the limitations of the PDF format to begin with, in partiucular how it may not at all be editabel, depending how the files were created in the first place. If there are any editing tools for ARM-based processors, by which presumably you are referring to mobile devices, then they are not from Adobe, anyway. It's utterly moot and I'm afraidf you have wasted your time with a nonsensical question that you could have spent on a web search to actually answer your questions.

This product supports much of the functionality of the Adobe Acrobat Reader for Windows and MacOS with some additional functionality available as subscription add-ons. There is currently no equivalent of Acrobat Standard or Acrobat Pro for iOS or Android from Adobe.

Actually,  Acrobat Standard is Windows-only and therefore not available for macOS.
