The loading page image on Photoshop 19.1.2-is there a tutorial

I'm really taken aback by the image that appears on the loading window when you open the latest version of Adobe Photoshop- 19.1.2.

Is there a tutorial out there that teaches this effect?  Any links are appreciated.
