Color problem !!!

Why does the color and or tone of my image change after importing a photo? This never happened before and I have no idea

Neither do we. You have not provided any shred of useful information like version of AE, system info, types of images, color management settings, color profiles and so on. You need to do much better if you really expect people to help you.

I don't think that the software version has something to do with it but the image color profile might be, the photo was edited in Lightroom by a Friend of mine, I check the properties and on the color representation says Uncalibrated instead of sRGB, do you think that's the problem?
