<icon platform="ios" height="29" width="29" src="path/to/29x29.png" />
You need to include your icons this way. All of them. Not just a 1024x1024.
Fixed - thanks!
I get the same error from the App Store even though I already have that in my config.xml file:<platform name="ios">
<icon src="icons/Logo_1024x1024.png" platform="ios" width="1024" height="1024" />
<icon src="icons/Logo_120x120.png" width="120" height="120" />
<icon src="icons/Logo_512x512.png" width="512" height="512" />
The icons directory is a subdirectory of my project and when I run the android version or the iOS version in development mode, I get my own icon, not the default Phonegap one, so the build must be finding it. Furthermore, the app builds correctly in Xcode
Note: my log contains this entry: /project/SAMLite/Images.xcassets:./AppIcon.appiconset/(null)[2d][icon-1024.png]: warning: The app icon set "AppIcon" has an unassigned child.
This might be the reason, any idea how to fix?
Which CLI version are you using? Random thought, maybe a file case causing a hiccup?
Originally I didn't set a preference, then I found an answer in another thread suggesting I try cli-7.0.1, but that hasn't made any difference. I'm sure the icon file is OK because the project builds and uploads OK using Xcode (before you ask why am I using PhoneGap Build when I can use Xcode - because I am bringing on a second developer who doesn't have a Mac!)
PS Moving to cli-7.0.1 has got rid of the "unassigned child" error
