Hello all,

I'm wondering if you're able to help?

When I work on my Mac on a CS6 Photoshop file that has layers and then it's opened up on a PC, the file has been flattened and the layers gone. The Photoshop program on the PC is also CS6.

When I save the file, the file extension is .psd and the layers box is ticked.

Apparently there is not an option box to keep or discard layers when they open up on the PC their end.

I was wondering if you know what might be the issue and if there is something I can do my end or theirs that can fix this?

Many thanks in advance

It's possible but I'm not a MAC user, try zipping the files before sending them or use something like DropBox
