Running Acrobat Pro DC 2018.009.20050, Windows 7 Pro 64. Intermittently we are unable to print a pdf we have created. By this i mean i can open any pdf, click print but the job does not make it to the print spooler. Most times we have to close and reopen the pdf and it "might" print. Other symptoms are: we print a pdf then change printers (without doing anything else) and attempt a print but the job never makes it to the spooler. Another symptom is: open pdf, print it, (which works) inspect document and attempt to print again but the job never makes it to the print queue. We have three users with the same symptoms. We have different printers such as Konica Bizhub C654, Bizhub Pro 950, Brother HL-3170CDW.
