I am trying to make an invoice that is 2 sided and 2 up on an 11 x 17. I only need an invoice number on the odd pages, so I created 2 masters, A for the front and B for the back. I placed my data field on Master A, but when I go to merge it does not let me pick multiple records. The way I read the user guide I should be able to do this??

I'm a little bit confused about the setup, are you able to take some screen captures of what you have in your file so that the brief is easier for me to understand?

If the answer wasn't in my post, perhaps it might be on my blog at colecandoo!

No, multiple records per page are possible on 1-page-documents only.

For a workaround with pdf this tool may help, but I didn't try it myself.

Looks like an interesting application, I'll certainly have a use for the pro-version, I'm sure.

There's an older thread on the Acrobat forums that features a javascript that adds two new options to the edit menu in Acrobat: Collate and Reverse
