"Save As" in Acrobat Pro

I randomly started not being able to save files in Acrobat Pro. I have checked for updates but there are none. I have done the old "turn it off and back on" again trick that didn't work...I am all out of tricks. Help!

When you get the blank dialog, that's usually due to a problem with your network connection, and you can get around it by disabling the online storage options in Acrobat: Open Preferences, then go to the "General" category. Here you will find two settings that start with "Show online storage...". Disable both of them and try again.
