Lightroom will not convert RAF files.

My desktop has no difficulty converting  RAF files in Lightroom directly from the camera, but my laptop Lightroom cannot. Both are running windows 10. I am using the most updated version of Lightroom cc classic. The laptop is a Dell 13 XPS I7 with 15G of ram. I can open the raf files on the laptop with photoshop. Any thoughts?

What is the version NUMBER of your Lightroom on the laptop? We need the version NUMBER and not words like "latest" or "up-to-date".

What exact make and model camera took these photos?

I am using a Fujifilm XH-1 and the lightroom version is 2015.14

Only the current version of Lightroom supports the files from your camera.

You can find the version number on the laptop from the LR menu. Go to:

Help >> System Info
