have updated and reviewed chats.  my techs have no solution from the Outlook365 side.  does anyone have a fix?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, PowerPoint is freezing when you are using the Acrobat DC add-in, Is that correct?

Please check for any pending updates of Acrobat from help>check for updates, reboot the machine after installing the updates, and see if this brings any difference.

Try resetting the Acrobat preferences once, to reset the preferences, refer to How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default.

Check for any pending updates of Office and install them. If the issue still persists, please use Acrobat cleaner tool to remove Acrobat Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Reboot the machine and install Acrobat back from Download Acrobat DC installer for Enterprise term or VIP license
