Issue with importing QuickTime files with alpha channels

I'm having issues importing QuickTime files with alpha channels across all video programs. The import worked just fine before the update. I get an error saying the files have no importable streams.

It could be an issue with dropped support for Quicktime 7 era formats and codecs with the latest version of Premiere Pro. Please check this article: Dropped support for Quicktime 7 era formats and codecs
