Photoshop zoom in but I see image messed up

Dear all, I tried to zoom in but then the image were tear into pieces,could anyone please help me? I use window 10,I am not sure if this is the main issue? It should look like a  leaf rather than something like this...Do you know what went wrong and how to fix it? thanks in advance for your help.

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?

Unfortunately this is no proper solution as it invalidates GPU dependent features (like the Rotate View Tool and some Filter acceleration for example) but it indicates problems with the GPU driver or the OS.
