Can't open my Photoshop

When I try to open my Photoshop an error message comes up saying "could not initialize Photoshop because an unexpected end-of-file was encountered". What does this mean and how do I fix it?

Maybe try to reset all of Photoshop preferences?

Use CTRL/Cmd + Alt + Shif and open Photoshop application - of course reset all settings
