First time poster here-

Just tried to update. Everything still looks like my old Lightroom 5. I cannot find the new color profile settings. it still looks the same as it always has.

I just uninstalled and reinstalled Lightroom CC. It says I have version 2015.14 Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks!!

Check the system requirements for LR Classic.....on Mac El Capitan (10.11) is the minimum OS level, which is probably why the CC app will not update you to 7.x. Suggest you update the OS if you want to use LR Classic.

So this is not the newest version, which is Lightroom Classic CC 7.3.

What happens when you open Lightroom and select Help->Updates, or update from the Adobe Creative Cloud application?

I also have an old version of lightroom 5 on this computer. Would that mess anything up? Thanks!

Are you sure you have opened 2015.14 and not LR 5? How do you know?

Did you try both of the methods I suggested to update?

Yes I have tried them both. When I open the Adobe CC menu it gives me the option to open them both. I click the one that says "CC (2015)". I also tried the other one and it's the exact same result.
