Text Frames in A InDesign Document-Reg

I want to move through all frames in a document..How it get it..Please  do guide me on this..

Hi,

Use the following option. Press Ctrl+F, below screen popup (Windows User). Select 'Object' and Search type 'TextFrames', will iterate only textframes. I hope it will be useful.
