Rollovers in Experiece Design?

Hello! I'm trying to find a new Prototype tool to get to play with a video game controller for UX/UI in video games. I can use a remapping software to get the inputs working on a controller, but what I need, would use "rollovers" on different images. "Invisible buttons" that would switch to a different image on rollover. Is that possible? All I see right now are "clicks to do something else"... Rollover possible? Thanks!

Dude, rollovers / hover effects are desperately needed! We're trying to prototype websites and without that ability we're SOL.
