Please Help!
I added a second monitor to my setup today. Nothing else changed.
My graphics card driver is up to date. My version of Photoshop is up to date.
If I turn off one of the monitors then "scrubby zoom" becomes available.
In a dual monitor setup it is grayed out and does not work.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to troubleshoot this.
Thanks!

Nothing to dance around: Your dual setup simply exhausts all hardware resources of your graphics card and acceleration features are levelled down or turned off. Unless you get a more powerful card, this won't change.

Thank you for the info. So there is no workaround? Nothing to turn off/on or adjust in regards to the card and performance. I'm running a GeForce GTX 1060.

Are your two monitors using a single GPU, which is recommended?
Photoshop works on multiple monitors, I use three, but is known to have issues with multiple conflicting GPUs.

Yes. I believe I am only running a single GPU for both monitors.
I have a GeForce GTX 1060.
Is there a way to check or adjust so that the feature comes back?

Open Photoshop, and go Help > System Info > Copy and paste to this thread (ctrl v)
Go to Preferences > Performance and see if Use Graphics Processor is checked. Scrubby zoom and other features will not work without it. Also look to see what GPU Photoshop lists there.

Here is a screenshot. It is checked.

You can check the GPU in Help>System info - you should only see 1 GL GPU and 1 CL GPU of either show 2 then you will need to force the use of a single GPU

Thanks!
It has the CL GPU listed as 1.
It has the GL GPU listed as 2.
I followed step 7 in the directions you provided.
In my NVidia control panel there is not option for "Change the preferred graphics processor to High-performance NVIDIA processor."
I followed step 8 and disabled the Intel Graphics card.
It's still not working and the system info still has it listed as "2" under GL GPU.
