Issue with CS6 unable to use canvas

Hi I'm using CS6 on Windows 10.

As of last night, I'm unable to open a new file/canvas and see the layers. I've tried contacting support but was referred here.

A screenshot of what I mean is attached.

As you can see, even when I open existing working files, I'm unable to see the layers. I can add layers but won't see it either. Same thing happens when I open a new file (CTRL + New)

I don't know how to troubleshoot or any next steps. Please help advise, thanks!

If resetting the preferences doesn't work try updating or re-installing you GPU driver from the manufacturers website

Hi JJMack, I've reinstalled Photoshop. And resetted preferences.

Doesn't work. I saw another suggestion below about checking driver
