First of all, what I mean, the footages are shot by DSLR.
Every time I edit the 9:16 video, it is a little bit comfortable to preview the fotages.
Because the camera doesn't like smart phone rotate the video by 90 degree to 9:16 automaticaly, the footages in the previewer are still 16:9.
And it is gonna be really hard for my neck .
But I can't find any way to get all of the footages rotated before I preview them.
Is there a better way?
Sorry for my bad English, hope you understand
Works fine in Windows 10

You will have to manually rotate your footage to be able to preview it in the correct format.
Sorry ^^

Here's my recommendation for video and still images.
Never turn your camera on it's side.
Always turn your phone on it's side.
Quick and easy, problem solved.

But what I want is something like Story in Instagram, 9:16, 1080*1920, u know.
I have to turn the camera on its side

You could create a preset from the rotate function in the transform video effect with the required 90 degree shift. Add this as a master effect to all the affected clips.

But the effect only works to the clips in the Timeline. I need to preview the footages correctly in the previewer before I add them into the Timeline.

If you add the effect as a master effect to all the clips in the project panel they will be rotated in the source monitor.

Wow I haven't known this way. it's COOL!
BUT... it seems that...transform effect can't be added as a master effects
I rotate the clip and rightclick the transform effect in the panel, then save it as PRESET. And I come to the effect panel, find out the Preset I saved, drag it to the footage in the box, but it is forbidden. Might I mistake something?

I got it!
Beacause I'm using Chinese program language, I mistake MOTION for TRANSFORM.
And there is still one more question...
The frame of Source Monitor doesn't fit the rotated footage╮(╯﹏╰)╭
