Opening Raw Files

I'm trying to open Raw files given to me by my second shooter from this past weekend's wedding.  She used a Rebel T6i camera.  I'm using Photoshop CS5.1.  Bridges does not recognize her files so I downloaded Adobe DNG Converter 8.1.0.43.  I followed the steps and received the following message:

The source folder does not contain any supported camera raw files.

I've researched online for help but am not finding anything that will help me open her files.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need at least ACR/ DNG converter 10.3 as per this list:

Cameras supported by Camera Raw

Thank you for your response; I downloaded version 10.3 and it did the trick.  All is good 🙂

I downloaded 10.3 and still can't open the raw images.  I have a Nikon D750.  Do I have to do something else?

According to your other discussion in this forum you're running CS6. CS6 is only compatible with Camera Raw up to version 9.1.1 so trying to install 10.3 isn't going to work.

Install 9.1.1 and you'll be able to open your Raw files.
