While working on a project my window computer crashed. I also received a windows update upon restart. After the update all my settings had been deleted. I noticed when drawing I could no longer make dots with my tablet and when I zoomed into the image the drawing functions no longer worked and were instead replaced by the hand tool function. Any advice would be helpful. My tablet and Photoshop worked earlier in the day.
Which Photoshop version, Which Wacom Device driver and which Wacom device? How is everything configured? Many windows user have reported they have Pen problems after Microsoft Update KB4089848 was installed a couple of weeks ago.. They uninstall that update and their problem go away.
