Wacom cintiq pro brush tool issue .

After a windows 10 update all of a sudden when i use my wacom pro pen 2 on my cintiq pro to do a vertical stroke it navigates through the canvas instead of applying any brush strokes ,it is not the same case when i do horizontal strokes so horizontal strokes work fine! Does anyone have a solution to this issue ?

I am using alienware 15 2018 model along with my cintiq pro 16.
