Is there a driver update for Adobe Photoshop CC that allows me to use my meager 64MB of vRam when the software calls for 512MB of vRAM?

If Photoshop requires 512 MB vram and you only have 64 MB, there is no driver that will fix that. You need to upgrade your hardware.
