Hallo Anand Sri

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to open Adobe Reader on Windows 10 machine and cannot open any PDF file with it, Is that correct?

Please reboot the machine and try launching the Adobe Reader as an Administrator, right click on the Adobe Reader icon and choose Run as an Administrator and see if this brings Adobe Reader.

If you still face any issue, please use Adobe Acrobat cleaner tool to remove Adobe Reader Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Reboot the machine and install Adobe Reader back from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

Run the setup as an Administrator.

Let us know how it goes and share your findings.

Regards,

Anand Sri.

Hallo Anand Sri

Sorry for the trouble. If you have a security software installed, please disable it temporarily  and check with Adobe Reader DC, if it is working fine, then enable the security software back.

It seems that the third-party  software IObit Unlocker is causing the issue. Is it possible to disable it temporarily  and check with Adobe Reader DC, it is working, then you might have to disable the third party unlocker software.

You may also try to create a test user profile with full admin rights and check with Adobe Reader DC.

Let us know how it goes and share your findings.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
