Trouble printing 5x7 with margins

I'm trying to print a 5x7 photo with 0.25 in margins. In the Layout panel I have margins all set to 0.25 in. Cell size says 4.5 in for height and 6.51 in for width. In Page Setup, "5x7 borderless (auto-expand)" is selected. Yet when I print, the top margin is significantly bigger than the left, right, and bottom margin. What am I doing wrong?

Sorry that you're having trouble printing 5*7 prints from Lightroom.

Which version of Lightroom are you using?

Please check out this discussion Why are my 4x6 and 5x7 prints being clipped? and review the suggestions from other experts. However the discussion is related to the image margin appearing bigger than expected but it should help in the problem you've listed
