WACOM photoshop, pen problem pls help

on my wacom bamboo when i try to draw a line orizontally it works, when I try to draw one vertically photoshop moves the layer up and down, if I turn off the windows ink setting in the wacom settings then it works fine but the pen looses its pressure, meaning that i can't control how thick the lines are, please help
